Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to implead the victim/daughter-in-law of petitioner Nos.1 & 2 as respondent No.4, during course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.3 and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner No. 1 is the father-in-law, petitioner No.2 is the mother-in-law and petitioner No. 3 is the brother in-law of respondent No. 4 and on account of matrimonial discord, the present case has maliciously been instituted against the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners has next submitted that the dispute between the parties has already been referred for mediation in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 21017 of 2025 today itself, by this Court, as such the present case may also be referred for mediation.

In view of above, this case is also referred to the Mediation Centre and the Mediation Centre will issue notices to both the parties returnable within a period of two weeks. The mediator is allowed two months' time to find out possible solution of the dispute between the parties and send his report to this court regarding the outcome of mediation.
