At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement at the Bar that in the instant case, the investigation has already been concluded and the charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners, as such, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage.

Learned A.G.A. could not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with the aforesaid liberty.
