Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 27.02.2021 and wanted reports dated 14.8.2025, 6,8.2025 and 19.8.2025 registered as Case Crime No.65 of 2021, under Sections 406.420,467,468,471 IPC, Police Station-Kakadeo, District-Kanpur Nagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case.

3.Connect this petition with Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.10422 of 2024. For the reasons given in the interim order dated 20.6.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 10422 of 2024, this matter also requires consideration.

Per contra, learned A.G.A. opposed the writ petition and submits that a cognizable offence is made out and no interference is required.
