- This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report dated 9.7.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 318 of 2025, under sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 296(b), 74, 309(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Shivpur, District Varanasi. The petitioner has also prayed that he be not arrested in pursuance of the impugned FIR.
