Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the State-respondent nos. 1 and 2.

This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings in FIR bearing No. 435 of 2025 dated 13.9.2025 under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 352 and 351(3) of BNS, Police Station-Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is every likelihood of the parties entering into a settlement in case the matter is referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid, let notice be served to the opposite party no. 3 through opposite party no. 2, S.H.O., Police Station-Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow, who shall ensure the presence of the opposite party no. 3 before this Court on 27.1.2026, only to ascertain from him as to whether he agrees for the matter being sent to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

List this case on 27.1.2026.

In order to show his bona fides, let a sum of Rs.25,000/- be deposited by the petitioner before the Mediation Centre of this Court within a period of two weeks from today.

It is provided that in case the petitioner deposits the aforesaid amount
