In deference to the previous order dated 03.04.2025 passed by this Court, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ayodhya has sent a report dated 02.05.2025, intimating that the sole appellant Sita Ram has died on 06.11.2011. The report has been sent by Chief Judicial Magistrate annexing therewith the statements recorded by him and the death certificate dated 26.11.2011.
In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
