According to the letter of C.J.M., Bahraich dated 19.06.2025, the sole appellant-Brijesh Kumar Verma Alias Dhondhey has already been expired. Relevant portion of the letter dated 19.06.2025 is extracted hereinunder:-
" महहोदय , ससम्ममान ननववेदन करनमा हहै नक उपय र क्त कवेस मम ममानननीय उच्च न्यमायमालय , इलमाहमाबमाद खण्डपनीठ लखनऊ दमारमा नवपकनी ससंख्यमा 02 बबृजवेश करममार वममार उरर ढहोढवे परत दमातमारमाम ननवमास मकमानप र थमानमा रुपईडनीहमा जजलमा बहरमाइच ककी नहोनटिस तमामनीलमा हवेतर पमाप्त हहयनी। उक्त नहोनटिस तमामनीलमा हवेतर ससंबसंजधित थमानमाध्यक कहो पवेनषित ककी गयनी। थमानमाध्यक ककी आख्यमा कवे अनरसमार नहोनटिस कमा तमामनीलमा उपरहोक्त नवपकनी ककी मबृत्यर लगभग 06 ममाह पपूवर हहो चरककी हहै। ससंबसंजधित थमानमाध्यक ककी आख्यमा व गमाम पधिमान दमारमा ननगरत मबृत्यर पममाण पत ससंलग्न ककी जमा रहनी हहै।
