Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the State respondent no.1 and perused the record.

Instant criminal appeal U/S 14-A(1) of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989 has been preferred against the summoning order dated 17.01.2025 passed by learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Lucknow in Sessions Case No.921 of 2025, taking cognizance and issuing summons against the appellants and to quash the charge sheet dated 26.12.2024, U/S 191(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 76, 118(1) and Sections 3(2)(VA), 3(1)Da, Dha of SC/ST Act as well as entire criminal proceedings of Sessions Case No.921 of 2025, arising out Case Crime No.318 of 2024, P.S. Bakshi Ka Talab, District Lucknow.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that this is a counter blast case. In respect of the present incident, the appellant no.5, Smt. Madhu had also lodged FIR against the informant of the present case and three named accused persons along with two unknown persons on 27.10.2024 Case Crime No.319 of 2024, P.S. Bakshi Ka Talab, District Lucknow U/S 191(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352 of BNS, 2023, which is also under investigation wherein in present case in which the appellants are accused.
