The instant criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 19/21.11.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge,Hardoi in S.T. No. 153 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No. 288 of 2020 Police Station Baghauli District- Hardoi whereby the appellant has been convicted for the charge under section 376,452 and 506 IPC and sentenced to 10 years R.I. and fine of Rs.10,000/- , 4 years R.I. and Rs. 5000/- as fine, and 4 years RI and Rs. 5000/- as fine respectively.
