Sujeet", arising out of Case Crime No.354 of 2019, under Sections 376, 506 IPC & Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Safipur, District Unnao, whereby trial court convicted and sentenced the appellant under Section 376 and 506 IPC with maximum sentence of 10 years rigorous imprisonment alongwith Rs.40,000/- fine with default stipulation.
