Instant criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 15.10.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.12, POCSO Court No.1, Unnao in S.T. No. 88/2018 (State vs. Arvind Kumar Lodhi and Others), arising out of case crime no. 13/2018, relating to the police station - Asiwan, District Unnao whereby appellant has been convicted of the charges under sections – 363, 373, 376 IPC and 3 / 4 POCSO Act and sentenced as under :-
Co-accused Chhotu has been convicted for offence under section 363, 120 IPC and co accused Chhaya and Rama each have been convicted for offence under section 120 B read with section 363 IPC.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Admit.
Issue notice to respondent no.2 returnable at an early date through CJM concerned.
