1. The instant criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment/ order dated 13.11.2025 passed by learned Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Ambedkar Nagar in Session Case No.315 of 2022 "State Vs. Bajrangi Prasad Misra & another", arising out of Case Crime No.484 of 2021, under Section 323, 504, 506 IPC & Section 3(1)(Da), (Dha) S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Kotwali Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar, whereby the learned trial court has acquitted the accused persons from all charges.
