Learned counsel for appellant submitted that vide judgment and order dated 16.02.2024 passed by learned court concerned, appellant has been convicted with punishment of two years rigorous imprisonment alongwith fine of Rs.5,000/- and vide order dated 16.02.2024 passed by the concerned court, he was granted interim bail till the filing of appeal and the same is still operative.

On the basis of the grounds taken up while preferring the instant appeal, interim bail granted in favour of appellant is hereby confirmed.
