Heard Shri Abhishek Shukla, learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant petition has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :-
"WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant appeal and set aside the impugned order dated 12.06.2025, passed by the Special Judge, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Ayodhya in Bail Application No.958/2025, CNR No.UPFZ01-003055-2025 in Case Crime No. 290 of 2025, U/s 140(4), 115(2), 351(3) BNS and Section 3(2)Va, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Police Station Poora Kalandar, District Ayodhya against the appellant/accused.
It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to enlarge/release the appellant accused on bail in aforementioned case, during pendency of his trail, in the interest of justice."
On account of some formal defects crept in the appeal, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to the appellant to file afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof.
The aforesaid has not been opposed.
In view of the above, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with the appeal to the learned counsel for the appellant as per rules.
