As per office report dated 28.06.2025, the sole appellant ( Kamla Devi ) died on 22.10.2023 and for verification regarding the death of appellant as per the Hon'ble High Court circular the statements of concerned S.I. Rakesh Kumar (CW1) and Gram Pradhan Ashok Kumar (CW2) are recorded on oath and the copy of which has been annexed as Flag B along with the report submitted by the CJM Hardoi.
Learned counsel for the appellant has also submitted that Smt. Kamla Devi expired way back in the year 2023, as such the present criminal appeal is abated.
In view of above, the present criminal appeal is abated.
