We have gone through a report of C.J.M., Ambedkar dated 22.6.2022 wherein, it has been reported that the appellant, Vidya Prasad died in April, 2021 and certificate given by the Gram Pradhan concerned and also statement of SubInspector of Police Station Jahangirganj have been enclosed to the said report.
Since the sole appellant, Vidya Prasad has died, the appeal stands abated.
