The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 07.09.2021 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 21635 of 2021.
The order-sheet of the case annexed with the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application shows that the case could not be heard by the Presiding Officer on most of the dates fixed, because the members of the Bar were on strike and no counsel appeared to argue the case.
In view of the aforesaid, there is no willful disobedience by the opposite party to the order passed by this Court.
The application is dismissed.
