1. Instant contempt application has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 01.09.2021 passed by this Court in Writ-B No. 1336 of 2021 (Parma Devi Vs. Deputy Director of Consolidation And Another).

1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order passed by this Court has been served upon the opposite party and despite knowledge, compliance has not been made.

1. Prima facie, matter requires consideration for contempt under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
