Instant contempt application has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.04.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-A No.34407 of 2013 (Ved Prakash Gautam And 2 Others vs. State of U.P. And 4 Others).

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order passed by this Court has been served upon the opposite parties and despite knowledge, compliance has not been made.

Prima facie , matter requires consideration for contempt under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Let notices be issued to the opposite parties, requiring them either to comply with the order passed by this Court within a month from the date of receiving the notice and file compliance affidavit on or before the next date fixed or to show cause as to why contempt proceeding should not be drawn against them.
