Instant contempt application has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 11.07.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-C No.407 of 2025 (Sunil Kumar And 9 Others Vs. State of U.P. And 5 Others).

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the order passed by this Court has been served upon the opposite parties and despite knowledge, compliance has not been made.

Prima facie, matter requires consideration for contempt under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
