1. Instant contempt application has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 13.08.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-C No.25990 of 2025 (Rajeev Kumar And Another vs. State of U.P. And 3 Others).

1. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the order passed by this Court has been served upon the opposite party and despite knowledge, compliance has not been made.

1. Prima facie , matter requires consideration for contempt under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

1. Let notice be issued to the opposite party, requiring him either to comply with the order passed by this Court within a month from the date of receiving the notice and file compliance affidavit on or before the next date fixed or to show cause as to why contempt proceeding should not be drawn against him.
