It is submitted that no police report under Section 173(2) CrPC has been submitted by the investigation officer within a period of 60 days in compliance of the order dated 11.7.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 12188 of 2025. In paragraph No. 7 of the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application, it has been averred that the order dated 11.7.2025 is well within the knowledge of the Investigating Officer, who was represented through learned AGA before this Court.

Prima facie, matter requires consideration for the contempt under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Let notice be issued to the opposite parties, either to comply with the order passed by this Court within a month from the date of receiving the notice and file compliance affidavit on or before the next date fixed or show cause as to why contempt proceeding should not be drawn against him.
