After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the interim order passed by the writ court dated 29.06.2022 in Writ A No.3958 of 2022 has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the contempt application has become infructious and the same may be dismissed as such with liberty to raise his grievance in the pending writ petition.
As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.
Notice,if any, issued against the applicant stands discharged.
It is always open for the applicant/ petitioner to avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law.
