This is an application seeking impleadment of Mrs. Kavya C, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sirauli Gauspur, District Barabanki and Smt. Seema Bharti, Tehsildar, Tehsil Sirauli Gauspur, District Barabanki as respondent nos. 3 & 4 in place of the respondent nos. 1 & 2 respectively who had been transferred, during pendency of the present contempt application, in the array of respondent of the present case.

Reasons shown in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the instant application are satisfactory. Application is allowed.

Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to implead Mrs. Kavya C, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sirauli Gauspur, District Barabanki and Smt. Seema Bharti, Tehsildar, Tehsil Sirauli Gauspur, District Barabanki as respondent nos. 3 & 4 respectively in the array of the respondents of the present case during course of the day.

Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent no. 3 & 4 to explain as to why contempt proceedings be not initiated against them for alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 12.08.2024 passed in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 674 of 2024.

As prayed, steps be taken within seven days.
