Shri Brijesh Kumar Singh, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Budaun has filed the compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. It is stated therein that in compliance of the interim order of the Writ Court dated 28.08.2024 passed in Writ A No. 9869 of 2024, no further recovery has been made from the applicant and it would not be initiated again until and unless no further order is passed by the Writ Court.
It appears that the order has been complied with as neither learned counsel for the applicant is present to raise objection against the submissions made by learned Standing Counsel nor any request has been made on his behalf for adjournment of the case as such, the present contempt application has become infructuous.
In view of the above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.
Notice issued earlier, if any, stands discharged.
