The instant application has been moved by the petitioner to implead Shri Anupam Shukla, District Magistrate, District Ambedkar Nagar as the new incumbent in the office.
Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the ground shown therein is sufficient, hence, the application for impleadment is allowed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner shall implead Shri Anupam Shukla, District Magistrate, District Ambedkar Nagar as respondent No.4 and carry out necessary amendment in the memo of contempt petition within a week.
Let notice be issued to the newly impleaded respondent No.4 to show cause as to why the proceedings for contempt may not be initiated against him for non-compliance of the order passed by the writ Court dated 18.09.2023 in WRIT-B No.3550 of 1987.
Learned counsel for the petitioner shall take steps within a week.
