It has been stated by Sri Chandan Sharma holding brief of Sri Ashish Sharma representing the opposite party that the appeal filed by the applicants and referred in the order dated 15.4.2024 passed by this Court was decided by the Zonal Manager vide his order dated 3.10.2024.
A copy of the order dated 3.10.2024 has been supplied to the counsel for the applicant in the Court itself.
As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
