Heard Shri Shyam Narayan Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had approached this Court by filing a writ petition being Writ - A No.4201 of 2025 seeking a direction to the respondents to make payment of EPF & EPS-95 Pensionary benefits from the due date with interest on the delayed payment and also to decide the representation dated 08.04.2025 expeditiously. The said petition was disposed of by this Court by directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the opposite party no.3, Regional Manager, U.P. State Road Transport Corporation, Hardoi Region, Hardoi as well as opposite party no.4, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Sub Regional Office (SRO) Employee's Provident Fund, Regional Office, Bareilly within a period of fifteen days from the passing of the said order, while on the other hand opposite party no.3 and 4 were directed to consider and dispose off the representation of the petitioner by speaking and reasoned order, strictly in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the order of this Court dated 18.04.2025 was communicated to opposite parties no.3 and 4 along with the representation on 24.04.2025 by Speed Post.
