The present contempt application has been filed pleading disobedience of the order dated 15.4.2024 passed by this Court in Writ - B No.957 of 2024.
From the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, there appears to be no disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
It is not a case for instituting proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
The application is dismissed.
