1. Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Rai, learned panel lawyer for the High Court Legal Services Committee for the applicant and Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State and perused the material on record.

1. This bail application has been filed through the High Court Legal Services Committee. The bail of the applicant has been rejected vide order dated 20.11.2024 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-First, Deoria. In paragraph 7 of the said order the court has discussed the case and given its finding which goes to show that the court has mentioned that as per the postmortem report the cause of death is opined as asphyxia due to antemortem hanging and the deceased was found to have received a ligature mark of 22 x 2.5 cm on her neck. Although the postmortem examination report of the deceased is not annexed with this bail application but the copy of the same has been produced by learned A.G.A.-I appearing for the State from the instructions received by him which has been perused by the Court and the same is taken on record. The perusal of the same goes to show that the deceased was found to have received the following antemortem injuries:-
