The present is second bail application of the applicant. First Bail Application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19,05.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is incarcerated in jail since 24.11.2024 and almost a year has passed by and the trial is proceeding at snail's pace.

On a specific query being put forth as to what has transpired after rejection of the first bail application and as to whether an order sheet of the proceedings indicating the status of the trail have been placed on record, learned counsel for the applicant prays for adjournment to bring on record the status of the trial.
