and gang Act was also invoked in two cases. He was also involved in several other cases of Cow Slaughter Act. From perusal of bail orders of the applicant in the aforesaid cases, the applicant was released on bail with the condition that he will not commit any offence but record shows that the applicant is habitual to commit offence even after released on bail. Therefore, just to prevent from committing further offence and also ensure his presence before the court, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, at this stage.
