What did the court decide?
Although no one witnessed the real incident of alleged murder, some witnesses saw the applicant coming out of the sugarcane field, found the dead body of the deceased lying in the field, and apprehended the applicant; therefore, at that stage it cannot be said that the applicant is innocent.
