Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.

The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.286 of 2023, under section 67 of A.I.T. Act, P.S. Deeh, District Raebareli.

¶13

The applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 7.10.2025, subsequently, the bail has been rejected in the newly added sections also. So far as the applicant has been enlarged on bail, the sureties provided in the order dated 7.10.2025 shall be applicable in the present case also.

Let the applicant - Akash Singh be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number with the following conditions:

(a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

¶16

(b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and

¶17

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
