Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The record indicates that a Coordinate Bench of this Court by means of the order dated 09.05.2024, in exercise of powers under Section 11(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 had proposed the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Krishna Murari, a former Judge of the Apex Court to act as a proposed party nominee arbitrator and sought his consent.

The record indicates that the consent letter has been received from the proposed party nominee Arbitrator dated 08.07.2025.

Accordingly, in furtherance of the order dated 09.05.2025, the Court appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice Krishna Murari , a former Judge of the Apex Court, as a party nominee Arbitrator, who shall enter into the reference and decide the same.

The Office of this Court is directed to communicate the order passed today to Hon'ble Mr. Justice Krishna Murari , a former Judge of the Apex Court, resident of 27, Nizamuddin East (1st Floor), Rahim Khan Road, New Delhi, Office-D29 Lower Ground Floor, Nizamuddin East, New Delhi, [email protected], who shall enter into the reference and decide the dispute arising in between the parties.

The office shall also ensure that the respondent is correctly described as initially the name by which the respondent was impleaded was got amended by moving an application bearing No.3/2023 which came to be allowed on 08.01.2024, consequently, the office shall issue the certified copy noticing the incorporating the necessary amendments.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed .
