- The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicants in Session Case No.795 of 2024, under Section-395 I.P.C., Police StationBisauli, District-Budaun.
- Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Instant complaint is malicious and counterblast as sister of applicant No.4 had lodged FIR against the son of opposite party No.2 U/s 376(2)(n) I.P.C. thereafter I.O. has submitted charge sheet then the present complaint has been lodged with malicious intention. Applicants have no previous criminal history. In case, applicants are granted anticipatory bail, they would not misuse the liberty of bail and would co-operate in trial proceedings. Applicants have definite apprehension of their arrest by the police.
