Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The applicant is an informant. Prayer in this application is to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Azamgarh to decide the Criminal Case No. 874 of 2017(State vs. Brijbhushan and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 64 of 2016 under Section 324, 427 IPC, Police Station Didarganj, District Azamgarh within the stipulated period.

In compliance of order dated 16.7.2024, a report from learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.12, Azamgarh is on record; according to which, charges have been framed. Statement of informant applicant Jaitu Yadav has been recorded and he has been cross-examined partially.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned trial Court concerned/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Azamgarh is directed to expedite the matter and decide the Criminal Case No. 874 of 2017(State vs. Brijbhushan and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 64 of 2016 under Section 324, 427 IPC, Police Station Didarganj, District Azamgarh as soon as possible.
