On 29.08.2025, an Application U/S 482 No.4904 of 2025 instituted by the husband, the matter has been referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and as per the contention of learned counsel for the applicants, the date is fixed on 18.09.2025. The order dated 29.08.2025 is extracted as under:-

"Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶12

Upon pointing out, the order dated 28.07.2025 is modified to the extent that learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to deposit Rs.25,000/before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court by 13.09.2025.

Let the matter be placed before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 18.09.2025.

Upon appearance of respondent No. 2/Smt. Kiran Devi, Rs.50,000/-, which includes Rs.25,000/- which has been deposited in compliance of order 12.06.2025, shall be released in her favour.

List/put up this case before this Court on 27.11.2025 as fresh.

Learned counsel for the parties shall ensure the presence of the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

Till the next date of listing, the interim order shall continue.

The applicant shall provide Rs. 1500/- on each date fixed to the respondent no.2 as subsistence allowance and and in case he fails, the interim protection shall be deemed to be vacated.

In case, the amount aforesaid i.e. Rs.25,000/- is not deposited by the applicant within the specified time, the interim protection granted by this Court shall not be available to applicant and the trial Court may proceed against the applicant in regard to the proceedings in issue.

It is made clear that in case settlement is not arrived at between the parties, the interim order would be extended only after hearing learned counsel for the applicant. "

Since the matter arising out of Case Crime No.32 of 2017 has already been referred to the Mediation Centre and the applicants are the relatives and family members of the husband of opposite party no.2/ informant, therefore, this matter is also referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and this matter may be connected alongwith Application U/S 482 No.4904 of 2025.

The Registry is directed to place this matter before the Mediators on 18.09.2025.

Till the next date of listing, the proceeding of Criminal Case No.8647 of 2020 (State versus Pramod Kumar and others), arising out of Case Crime No.32 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506, 494 of IPC and Section 3, 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Pratapgarh, against the applicants shall remain stayed.
