Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that in this case a complaint with false allegations has been filed by the opposite party in retaliation to the case filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act by the wife.
Learned trial Court has also without applying its critical mind passed the order of summoning against the applicants against which revision was filed which has also been rejected. He further submits that the order passed by the learned Court concerned is erroneous and illegal and against the material on record, therefore, liable to be set-aside.
Matter requires consideration.
