Heard Sri Narendra Gupta, learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that an F.I.R. was lodged against the applicants through an application filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., in which final report was filed on 28.12.2014. However, setting aside the final report, the case was registered as complaint case and the summons were issued against the applicants under Sections 323, 427, 452, 379 I.P.C.

He further submits that now the parties have settled their dispute and entered into a compromise. The compromise is annexed alongwith the application as Annexure No.6.He prays for direction for verification of the compromise and quashing the proceedings of the Complaint Case No.3373/2019 pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-I, Sitapur.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 does not dispute the aforesaid submissions and submits that the compromise may be sent for verification and after verification the proceedings may be quashed.

In view of above, let original compromise filed by the applicant be forwarded to the concerned court for verification. As jointly prayed, it is provided that the parties shall appear before the concerned court on 02.07.2025. The office shall send the compromise deed forthwith so that it may reach to concerned court before 02.07.2025..

List on 14.07.2025 showing the name of Sri Alok Mishra,Advocate as counsel for the respondent in the cause list.

The concerned court shall verify and send the report by the next date.
