Sri Brijesh Kumar Yadava, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application, wherein challenge has been raised for quashing the judgment and order dated 20-09-2024 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Etawah, in Complaint Case No. 121 of 2020 in under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act (N.I. Act) "Neeraj Yadav Vs. Shailendra Kumar", on account of technical inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.

Office to return the certified copy of the impugned order to learned counsel for the applicants subject to furnishing a photocopy of the same.
