Applicant has approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the Magistrate, Barabanki to release the applicant on his furnishing two sureties and one personal bond in all four pending trials detailed in paragraph no.4 of the application.

Learned counsel for the applicant has referred to the paragraph no.4 of the application to point out that the applicant is accused in four different criminal cases and the concession of regular bail stands extended to him through different orders passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, which are appended as Annexure No.1. Learned counsel prays that one of the conditions in the bail orders, directs the applicant to furnish two surety bonds as well as a personal bond, but according to him, it would be in the interest of justice, if, the applicant is permitted to furnish two surety bonds and a personal bond in all the four cases, instead of furnishing two surety bonds and personal bond separately in each case.

During the course of hearing, it is fairly stated by learned counsel that the bail order dated 22.4.20225 passed by coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 3355 of 2025 noticed the pendency of other cases against the applicant and the concession of regular bail extended to him.

When confronted with the maintainability of the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., challenging one of the conditions contained in the bail order dated 22.4.2025 passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court, as it would amount to reviewing the said order, learned counsel for applicant does not press this application and prays for withdrawal of the case.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
