State of U.P. and Another), interim order dated 20.2.2025, Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Pachori, J.: Learned counsel for both sides submitted that the parties had settled their dispute, arising out of an offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 324, 325, 308 of I.P.C., on the basis of a compromise, the original compromise having been filed as Annexure-7 to the affidavit. Without deciding the application, the Court directed the Office to send the original compromise to the court concerned for verification immediately after retaining a photocopy; directed both parties to appear before the court concerned for verification of the compromise within three weeks; directed the court concerned to verify the compromise; and directed the applicants to file a supplementary affidavit annexing the certified copy of the compromise and the proceedings of its verification. The case was put up fresh for 12.6.2025, with the interim order, if any, to continue till the next date of listing.
