Sri Sushil Kumar Rathore, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Alok Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun at Orai to decide the Case No. 1163 of 2009 (State vs. Om Prakash), arising out of Case Crime No. 49 of 1993, under Sections 323, 324, 325, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Jalaun, District Jalaun at Orai within a stipulated period.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application.
In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
