Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that due to inadvertent mistake, Mrs. Sarika Chetan has been left to be made respondent in the array of the opposite parties and prays for impleading Mrs. Sarika Chetan as respondent no. 3 in the present application.
Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to implead Mrs. Sarika Chetan as respondent no. 3 in the array of the respondents of the present case during course of the day.
