There is possibility of mediation between the parties. However, it has been informed that respondent no.2 is serving in Indian Air force.
Learned counsel for respondent no.2 shall seek instructions from his client whether he is ready for mediation and in case he wants to settle the dispute through mediation, then when he can come and settle the dispute before the Mediation Centre.
