Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that parties settled their dispute arising out of offence punishable under Sections 354, 506, 323, 120B IPC by way of compromise dated 04.07.2022 which is annexure-2 to the affidavit.
Learned counsel for the applicants prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file a supplementary affidavit annexing the original/certified copy of the compromise.
Put up on 30.06.2025 as a fresh.
Till the next date of listing further proceeding of Case arising out of Case Crime No. 369 of 2022 (State vs. Abhay Gupta & others), under Sections 354, 506, 323, 120B IPC, P.S. Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar as well as summoning order dated 17.10.2022, pending in the court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar shall remain stayed against the applicants.
