Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that parties settled their dispute arising out of offence punishable under Sections 504, 506 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 09.05.2023 which has been filed in Maintenance Case No. 75 of 2001.
Learned counsel for the applicants prays for and is granted two weeks time to file supplementary affidavit annexing the certified copy of the aforesaid compromise.
Put up this case as fresh on 26.08.2025.
Till the next date of listing proceedings of Case No. 5504 of 2023 (State Vs. Arpit Jaiswal and another), arising out of N.C.R. No. 221 of 2022, under Sections 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police StationKarvi Kotwali Nagar, District Chitrakoot, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot shall remain stayed against the applicants.
