Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for opposite party no.2, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record.

The present application has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.8694 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No.419 of 2019 as well as charge sheet no.2 dated 03.03.2020, relating to Police Station-Ghazipur, District- Lucknow and summoning order dated 17.02.2021, under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Section 4 of D.P. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Chief Judicial Magistrate (Custom), Lucknow (State of U.P. Vs. Prateek Singh & others ).

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the charge sheet has been submitted, the parties have reconciled their differences and a compromise has been entered between them which has been reduced in writing. Copy of which is annexed as Annexure No.7 to the instant application.

Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2 does not dispute the correctness of the aforesaid facts.

Accordingly, it is provided that both the parties shall appear before the trial court along with a certified copy of this order on 06.01.2026 and be
