Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Present petition has been preferred with a prayer to direct the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 4, Kanpur Nagar to conclude and decide the Maintenance Case no. 975 of 2022 (Smt. Neha Mishra Vs. Ankit Mishra), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., within stipulated period.

By bare perusal of the order sheet pertaining to aforesaid case, it is transpired that the matter has been posted over the next date in majority of the dates. No substantial order has been passed till date and the matter is pending since 2022.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, learned court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 4, Kanpur Nagar is hereby directed to expedite the Maintenance Case no. 975 of 2022 (Smt. Neha Mishra Vs. Ankit Mishra), under Section 125 Cr.P.C. preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and without extended any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Both the parties are hereby directed to extend full cooperation to the concerned court for achieving the directions as made above.

The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
